With its fast sampling and processing speed, this system constantly calculates the diameter of the pipe with the accuracy of hundredths of a millimeter and controls it consistently in the chosen area of the user. Also, when for any reason it is not able to keep the diameter of the pipe within the set range, it informs the user through the danger notification system. The alarm system includes a rotating light and a siren.
After turning on the device, the pipe diameter is measured and controlled, and the display shows the real-time diameter. If the pipe in the sensitive zone exceeds the allowed limit or deviates toward the edges of the sensitive area, the device announces an error by displaying the message "FAULT."
To adjust the reference diameter, you can enter the settings menu by pressing the button and change the current value using the increase and decrease keys. This value, adjustable between 25.0 and 85.0 millimeters, is saved in the system as a reference, and the device maintains the pipe diameter at this set value.

Ensure the device is connected to the workshop grounding during operation. Otherwise, disruptions may occur in the device's performance. It is important that, during operation, the pipe is positioned as centrally as possible within the device's sensitive area. Avoid direct sunlight exposure on the device during operation. For improved performance, clean the device's light vents weekly. Any impact to the device, water splashing on it, or the presence of oil in the incoming air can cause issues with the device.
