Irrigation pipe diameter control device

The device for controlling the diameter of the tape irrigation pipe, special for high-speed lines (eye and case)

With its fast sampling and processing speed, this system constantly calculates the diameter of the pipe with an accuracy of hundredths of a millimeter and controls it consistently in the chosen area of the user. Also, when for any reason it is not able to keep the diameter of the pipe within the set range, it informs the user through the danger notification system. The alarm system includes a rotating light and a siren.

Performance guide:

After turning on the device, the pipe diameter is measured and controlled, and the display shows the real-time diameter. If the pipe in the sensitive zone exceeds the permissible limit or deviates towards the edges of the sensitive area, the device will display the message "FAULT" to indicate an error. To adjust the reference diameter, you can press the button to enter the settings menu and change the current value using the increase and decrease keys. This value, adjustable between 25.0 and 85.0 millimeters, is stored in the system as the reference, and the device maintains the strip diameter at that set value.

It is mandatory to observe some points while using the device:

Ensure the device is connected to the workshop grounding during operation. Otherwise, disruptions in the device’s functioning may occur. Make sure that, during operation, the pipe is placed as centrally as possible within the sensitive area of the device. Avoid direct sunlight exposure to the device while it is in use. To improve performance, clean the device’s light vents on a weekly basis. Any impact on the device, water splashes, or the presence of oil in the incoming air can cause problems for the device.
